CEO & Lead Consultant
Clayton Bryce is a highly experienced social care consultant and leader, with over 15 years in the industry across both adult and children’s services. Starting his career in his family’s care business, he worked his way up from support worker to Operations Manager, gaining a deep, practical understanding of care provision.
After founding Valicity Care Services in 2017 a company focused on supporting vulnerable young people, Clayton went on to lead multiple national services and partnerships with local authorities. With a BSc in Sociology and Criminology from the University of West London, his academic work explored the connection between youth mental health and crime, shaping his commitment to creating targeted, effective support systems.
Today, as the CEO of three national care companies and a dedicated consultant, Clayton uses his wealth of experience to advise organizations on improving service delivery, navigating government procurement, and developing impactful, person-centered care models. His consultancy work is rooted in a passion for innovation, quality, and advocacy within the social care sector.

Arlene Hinds is a senior HR professional with over 20 years’ experience working across Central Government and the Private Sector. She specialises in developing strategic HR approaches and delivering practical, people-focused solutions to a wide range of complex challenges.
Her consultancy work with small businesses has helped company directors establish effective, cost-efficient HR functions tailored to their needs. She has also played a key role in delivering initiatives through the European Development Programme for Women in Business, promoting sustainability and growth.
As Chair of her local CIPD branch, Arlene Hinds continues to champion professional development, ethical practice, and strong organisational cultures.
